Frequencies have properties that may help with issues like restfulness, stress, rest, meditation, nervousness, yoga, insomnia and extra as they oscillate backwards and forwards, resonating with our ear drums and grow to be power transmitted to our mind as we understand the pitch.
I have been experimenting with them throughout my meditations and I do not remorse it in any respect. I’ve had nice outcomes and it is given me an ambition to create my very own frequency tuned music to do my meditation and yoga to.
