so i was like, yeah this looks easy enough, to do with my dodgy legs, i can do this (only ones i couldn't do were the back jacks) Ironically it wasn't the leg movements that wore me out, it was the arms. lol. Thank You for this is definitely going to be one i continue to follow.

Great workout the only modification I had to was my toe taps by sitting on the edge of a metal folding chair. I had been doing a similar version of this workout with Workout 4D for a few weeks now an thought I tag another 12 or 13 minutes to make it a full 20 minute workout. Upon completing this workout I felt like I was cheating on Workout 4D and completed that workout also it feel real good.
