I feel like one of the reasons the gym is so scary to me is because I see other people doing all these complicated exercises and I feel like I should be working just as hard when in reality I’m my own person and so what if I’m in the gym for 40 minutes and someone else is there for an hour 🥰 I just found your channel and I love it so much!
