Exercise Begins at (0:25)
Heat up – 3 Units:
1. 20 Leaping Jacks
2.. 20 Squats
3. 10 Lunges
4. 10 Push-ups
5. 5 Burpees

Spherical 1 – 2:00 Minutes: (0:40)
1. Jab, Cross: 30 sec
2. Jab, Jab, Cross, Cross: 30 sec
3. Jab, Jab, Cross: 20 sec
4. Jab, Cross, Face Cross: 20 sec
5. Fast Hooks Repeating: 20 sec
6. Leaping Jacks: 1 min
7. Squats: 20 reps

Spherical 2 – 2:00 Minutes: (1:40)
1. Jab, Cross, Hook, Hook: 30 sec
2. Jab, Hook Low, Hook Excessive (both sides): 30 sec
3. Hook Low, Hook Excessive (both sides): 20 sec
4. Jab, Hook, Cross, Hook: 20 sec
5. Fast Hooks (Repeating non cease): 20 sec
6. Mountain Climbers: 20 reps
7. Burpees: 5 reps

Spherical 3 – 2:00 Minutes: (2:40)
1. Jab, Cross, Higher Reduce (Left Facet): 30 sec
2. Jab, Cross, Higher Reduce (Proper Facet): 30 sec
3. Higher Reduce, Hook (Every Facet): 20 sec
4. Jab, Cross, Higher Reduce, Hook (Every Facet): 20 sec
5. Fast Hooks (Repeating non cease): 20 sec
6. Mountain Climbers: 20 reps
7. Burpees: 5 reps

Spherical 4 – 2:00 Minutes: (3:45)
1. Jab, Cross, Hook (4x): 30 sec
2. Jab, Jab Cross, Higher Reduce (4x): 30 sec
3. Fast Jab, Cross (Non cease): 20 sec
4. Hook Low, Hook Excessive (both sides): 20 sec
5. Fast Higher Cuts (non cease): 20 sec
6. Plank: 30 sec
7. Leaping Jacks: 30 sec

1. Cross, Hook, Hook: 30 sec
2. Cross, Hook, Hook +Jab, Hook, Uppercut: 30 sec
3. Jab, Cross, Hook, Hook (non cease): 20 sec
4. Jab, Cross, Higher Reduce, Higher minimize: 20 sec
5. Jab, Cross, Hook (2x), Higher Reduce (2x): 20 sec

    The only difference between boxing for fitness and boxing for competition is the sparring. Even if your just boxing to get in shape you still need to train properly.

    Its a pretty good workout, for cardio for muscles building up, just loosing the track of what combo comes up next.
    Cant say for sure about real boxing moves cause this all comes in offense no defense shown here. 😏
