I LOVE all of your workouts Maddy! Jazz makes me laugh and I am so happy when you include her on screen. My dog Princess watches the monitor while hogging my yoga mat whenever I work out and she waits for Jazz to appear as well! Jazz is just as lovely as you are!! Thank you so much for keeping me interested in regular workouts for over a year now!!!!
I tried this with a Merle border collie in the background too, but mine is a puppy and took my work out to 1/2 crunches, 1/2 fending off puppy kisses. Good training practice for his down/stay.
I really like this workout! I had a long break of doing workouts and recognized again that I have difficulties to really "feel" my core when I squeeze it. I
But there is one big problem for me: everytime I do crunches I get a pain in my neck after a few repetitions and still I did not get the one idea what I can do better to prevent this. Any suggestions?
I feel like a lot of these are uncomfortably awkward and i’m not that out of shape like the side crunches and the planks

Do you think the neck gets a workout too from doing ab workouts and crunches? And is it an attractive result? After a workout recently with a lot of ab work I thought my neck looked huge. Haha. I’m a 66 year old, slim woman. So not a good look on me.

i don't know if it's normal but in the crunch kiks i don't feel the burn and i don't feel the abs work but only the legs
