    That is a very important video. I do pilates for a few years and no theacher has ever explained to me those techniques. Thanks so much! And do you give a pilates training course? I really would like to learn more about pilates with you to be able to do at any place and time. Congratulations and please keep posting more videos, they are life saviors!

    Out of all the Pilates for beginners videos I’ve seen on YouTube this is by far the best . I’ve quit the other ones but not you. You give step by step on how to do it and you use great examples like the blueberry thing and the apple thing 🙃 and I really feel like this is actually beginner friendly ☺️ thank you, you’re awesome! 💛 also : how long do you advise me to keep practicing this beginners video before moving on to intermediate if you don’t mind me asking ?

    This is a great workout! Have been doing it now for a couple of weeks and I am definitely feeling my core strengthen! Will check out your other Pilates workouts when i am ready to move on. Would your Pilates progressions be a good next step?

    I have done pilates in the past but I am just getting back into it with a lot of stiffness and a blotting tummy but these exercises were just what I needed to slowly get back into it again. Thank you. Did not get all the exercise right but I know it takes practice.

    I came across your channel while looking for ab workouts that will not effect the neck.

    My figure is an apple type and tend to store fat in my belly. I heard that people with apple type figure are prone to slouch and have a curve behind the neck and shouldn’t do sit ups , crunches etc as it will worsen the slouch in your back. Is this true. Apparently a physiotherapist said this.

    I have a very bad muffin top and loose core. Do you think Pilates will help me ? Most people who do Pilates seem to have such flat bellies I wonder if I can do it with my muffin top belly.

    My main concern is mainly my upper belly. Above the naval.

    I hope I can get some advice from you. I never seemed to have gotten rid of my tyre belly, and could never do a vacuum in my tummy. It seems nothing sucks in lol.

    I would really like to stick to your channel as you had ab work out to avoid neck pain.
