Out of all the Pilates for beginners videos I’ve seen on YouTube this is by far the best . I’ve quit the other ones but not you. You give step by step on how to do it and you use great examples like the blueberry thing and the apple thing 🙃 and I really feel like this is actually beginner friendly ☺️ thank you, you’re awesome! 💛 also : how long do you advise me to keep practicing this beginners video before moving on to intermediate if you don’t mind me asking ?

I have done pilates in the past but I am just getting back into it with a lot of stiffness and a blotting tummy but these exercises were just what I needed to slowly get back into it again. Thank you. Did not get all the exercise right but I know it takes practice.

I came across your channel while looking for ab workouts that will not effect the neck.
My figure is an apple type and tend to store fat in my belly. I heard that people with apple type figure are prone to slouch and have a curve behind the neck and shouldn’t do sit ups , crunches etc as it will worsen the slouch in your back. Is this true. Apparently a physiotherapist said this.
I have a very bad muffin top and loose core. Do you think Pilates will help me ? Most people who do Pilates seem to have such flat bellies I wonder if I can do it with my muffin top belly.
My main concern is mainly my upper belly. Above the naval.
I hope I can get some advice from you. I never seemed to have gotten rid of my tyre belly, and could never do a vacuum in my tummy. It seems nothing sucks in lol.
