this is perfect– it feels nice and relaxing like im doing yoga, and i didnt get all stick and gross like when i do my usual cardio or weights, but it still felt like i was working. im gonna have to do more pilates i think lmao
All my life I felt quite bored doing Pilates, and as a zealous Yoga practitioner, I didn't understand what it was all about, for me, a Pilates class consisted of 90% of dull and unchallenging legs and back stretching and toning, no focus whatsoever on arms, and a 10% of extremely difficult core exercises. But now I'm completely hooked on your videos. You know exactly how, when and what to work out.

Day 1: not super bad but it burnt a bit on my legs and I had to stop for a quick 5 second rest to give my muscles a break every once in a while.
I do yoga but I've been looking for something a little more intense and this video was perfect! I loved the pacing, how we got breaks every so often, and how you provided modifications and ways to challenge yourself. I'll definitely come back to this channel and this video in the future 🙂
