Awesome gentle exercise. I had a great routine with weights 15 months ago, but Co
19 messed me up pretty bad. Now, most routines pull my back or shoulder or are just too long. Thot I'd try to do 1520 min a day just to get a daily routine that won't injure….I've always been very active but have developed an autoimmune disease that makes it hard for me to do a lot of activity without a lot of pain and extreme exhaustion. I am soooo happy I found your video today! I'm in my early 50's, so this is good for all ages that need a more gentle workout. I was able to do the whole workout and sweat a little which is awesome! Thank you sooo much!
